An airfare-inclusive cruise in Europe is hard to find right now, because airfares to Europe are very high, and will continue to be high for peak summer travel dates. Until recently there were some amazing airfare-included cruise deals, though. For example, the ultra-luxurious Seabourn Cruise Lines were offering some seven-day, shoulder-season(late summer, early fall) airfare-included cruises in Europe for around $2,000 per person, double occupancy, plus port taxes.
It is hard to imagine how such deals would be possible now, given that airfares to Europe alone are around $1,500 for summer travel from the central US. However, the cruise industry has built a lot of new ships in recent years and they're not all filling up now, so huge price reductions can still be found. The best way to find discounts is to sign up for emails from various cruise lines or to contact a travel agent that specializes in cruising.
